Goalie Training: The Goalie School is intensive training to keep you sharp during the season and create a foundation for future excellence. The Goalie School features small group high level instruction, high volume of shots and repetitions.
Advanced Defense Training: The Advanced Defense Training program offers everything a player needs to bring his game to the next level. Our experienced and expert coaching staff trains you the same way that Division I and professional athletes are trained because we know you can do it. The drills will cover every detail of stick handling, footwork, positioning, checking, defensive holds and creating transition.
Advanced Offense Training: The Advanced Offensive Training program offers everything a player needs to bring his game to the next level. Our experienced and expert coaching staff trains you the same way that Division I and professional athletes are trained because we know you can do it. The drills will cover every detail of catching, throwing, stick protection, dodging, feeding, shooting, and off ball play.
