Defense

Training sessions, drills, strength and conditioning, strategy, and all other lacrosse components will be geared towards getting the most out of defensive players. If you're a defender looking to improve, there isn't a better camp available.

Overview

The Patriot Lacrosse Defense School is a series of high intensity training classes. The classes are challenging and geared to help make off-season improvements now. Director and lead coach, Jack Margiotta, is often recognized as the best instructor in the area.
