Rockets Box Lacrosse Teams

Rockets Box teams travel to tournaments and playdays to compete against other box lacrosse programs.

Box Lacrosse is proven to teach players how to score and defend in tight spaces, improving reaction time and hand eye coordination as well as shooting and passing accuracy.

The Rockets Travel Box program emphasizes an incredible amount of reps for every player in practice along with a low coaching to player ratio.

Players who participate in the Rockets Box Lacrosse program consistently show huge improvements in their overall lacrosse abilities. This is true for offensive and defensive players along with goalies as well.
