Do this 20 minute Routine 3-4 times per week. Pick 4 or 5 and complete 50 reps with each hand. Time yourself to see your improvement!

  1. Standard (Both Hands)
  2. Single Handed (Both Hands)
  3. Quick Sticks (Both Hands)
  4. Cross Body (Both Hands)
  5. Shuffle Pass
  6. Behind the Back
  7. Throw Right, Catch Left
  8. Throw Left, Catch Right

Jump Rope

Do this 10 minute Routine 3-4 times per week. Pick a few and complete 30 seconds with each foot. Time yourself to see your improvement!
